Delete your Lyzon account

Applies to the Lyzon app on iPhone and Android.

In the app

Open Lyzon and go to the Me tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm. You are signed out on every device straight away.

If you no longer have the app or your phone

Email support@lyzon.in from the address on your profile if you have verified one, and include the phone number you signed up with and, if you know it, your profile ID (it starts with VB- and is shown on the Me tab). We will confirm it is you before we delete anything.

What happens next

Straight away: your profile disappears from discovery, matches and chats for everyone else.
For 15 days: nothing is erased. If you change your mind, sign in again with your phone number and the deletion is cancelled.
After 15 days: your profile, photos, stories, matches, messages and verification documents are permanently erased, and cannot be recovered.

What we may keep. Records we are legally required to keep, and records needed to keep other people safe (for example, a report made against an account, which we hold until a moderator has reviewed it). See the Privacy Policy for details.
